Eventually you’ll tear yourself away from the view to fix a drink or snack in the fully equipped kitchen. Once inside, you’ll find a modern, fully air-conditioned villa, with all the modern entertainment gear (52″ LED TV, Playstation 3, iPod docking station, surround sound system). But it probably won’t be long before you find yourself back out on the deck for a late-afternoon BBQ, though you may have to call the kids in from the pool first.
Before you realise it you’re living the island life. Only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, and the Hamilton Island Yacht Club. But for getting around the island, it’ll be hard to resist driving your personal buggy everywhere.

When you book our privately owned 3 bedroom stand-alone villa for your Hamilton Island holiday, it comes with all of the following.

- James Bond location – close to shops, restaurants, marina, and Yacht Club.
- Pinch yourself views – overlooking the Hamilton Island Yacht Club and Marina, and right across the passage to Dent Island in the distance.
- Two Decks – a spacious upstairs deck/balcony, and both downstairs bedrooms open out onto a lower deck.
- Weber BBQ – another reason you’ll find it hard to leave the deck.
- Full access to shared complex pool

- Living room includes 52″ LED TV, DVD player, surround sound system, Ipod Docking Station, and Playstation 3.
- Master Bedroom: King Bed or 2 King Singles LED TV and Ensuite.
- Second bedroom: King size bed or 2 King Singles.
- Third bedroom: King Size Bed or 2 King Singles.
- Fully air conditioned in each room. Ceiling fans also if that’s your preference.
- Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils provided.
